As personal data subjects, in your application related to your rights, your name, surname, and, if the application is in writing, your signature; for Turkish citizens, your identity number; for foreigners, your nationality; your passport number, if any; or your identity number, if any; your place of residence or business address for notification; your electronic mail address for notification, if any; your telephone and fax number, if any; and, if any, information and documents related to the subject of the application must be attached to the application.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Law, as the data controller, our company concludes the requests included in the application, depending on the nature of the request, as soon as possible and no later than thirty days free of charge, and sends the response to the e-mail address or physical address of the applicant (at their own discretion).
However, if the process requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged from the applicant.
